I relate to that. As an fairly infrequent flyer, one of the biggest 'pressures' I feel at the iconic airport called Heathrow is uncertainty. I use the bloody place twice a year, basically, and every time it's different. I now know my way around, I can negotiate bag-drop and Security, I can avoid the shops and hide in Galleries… but there's always the question of "WHERE do I need to be next".

Relaxing in the T5A Peasant's Lounge is difficult. There are so few displays telling us what/where/when next, so one of us is always hopping up and down to go and see which Gate/Terminal. And then it's the exciting scamper, as it suddenly says "Boarding at Gate B-nn or C-nn". Great - I hope there's a train working/available/with space.

It just adds stress. Another factor that make me detest LHR.
