So the more I think about this the more it does not make sense why they don't offer it to all PC members. If the purpose is to drive PC members to purchase tickets in Dec, then wouldn't you make the offer to all so that members who are further from attaining gold status will also purchase a ticket or multiple tickets in Dec?

Maybe I'm missing something?
