They really do care what passengers think but can only know if you feed it back or ask the SCCM on your flight to feed back your thoughts to Customer Relations via the IPad.
Sure I'll do it you're right. I did think of it but procrastinated/let other things take precedence.

MnManinken, I know many people like the breakfast but I'll admit that to me, pushing it till 11 would be too late: bear in mind that on a typical 2 hour flight from LHR, say, a 10.30 departure means that you arrive at destination at 13.30 so to me it should be a lunch flight. It is also very unlikely that you would have to leave home/hotel without having had any breakfast for a departure past 10am in my view. But of course, preferences will vary from person to person.
