Yep, this is the only reason I use JL 1st class lounge at NRT.

If Op arrive at NRT early on his return trip, try to use newly(since end of Sep this year) opened JL 1st class lounge on the 4th FL(not 3rd).
The new JL 1st class lounge on 4th FL opens only 7:30AM-12:30PM.
