2) Is access to the Grand Room only for Diamond members, or for anyone staying in a suite (I thought Club Rooms and higher got access)... remember I'm using a suite upgrade (from my Hyatt CC)... so maybe I dont get access, although I thought I would (and I did at other hotels in the past).
1) Depends on the hotel. If the hotel has the bed type in the room classification (for example, king suite or twin suite), then the specific type is confirmed. GH NY suite for the upgrade is just "junior suite", and in any case, although it does not say specifically, it appears that all of the junior suites have only one king bed.

2) Lounge access for guests in suites also varies by hotel. At some hotels all suites have lounge access and at others there are both "club suites" and non-club suites.
