Mrs ZB affected by same delay on BA2167. She was on first flight out of ABZ this morning. Couldn't get anone to change to later flight last night and this morning only offering her transfer to MCO or MIA and make her own way to TPA.
I've suggested she sees CS at LGW and at very least gets food/drink voucher.

Anyone any idea what may have caused the delay?
