I have been matched for one year according to my account view online, and have a card valid for only 12 months... Should I query this now, or wait till next November?
Anyone else in the same situation (and did you query this now, and get this successfully rectified?)
PS Thank you to DiamondClubQueries for intervening and getting my status matched after over a month in the wilderness... Unfortunately it only happened the day after my last BA flight, and in the intervening period I booked 3x Skyteam returns. Sorry
