Funny you mention this. On Wednesday driving over Lookout Pass on the ID/MT border I passed a Civic with AZ plates. It was snowing. Not too hard but enough to make the road slushy. Traffic was moving at 40-50 MPH. The Civic was doing 20 if that. While I can sympathize with someone from AZ getting caught in snow in the middle of nowhere freaking out, I also felt a little peeved. Check the forecast people and if you see snow on your route don't drive that day or take a different route. Going 20 when everyone else is going 50 is a hazzard for everyone.
