Shame I don't spend a penny in them, so that tactic clearly doesn't work.
Although I do detest LHR T5 Shops plc with a DEEP level of detestation. They are a freaking encumbrance to passengers for a start. At least at IAD they're positioned at the sides, instead of in the way of anywhere you want to go.
