Well both LH and AF post gates ages in advance, they're usually on the connecting boarding passes you get with your long-hauls. They don't change very much in my experience.
I've always felt the lounge in T5B is a bit useless as I can't see any point in moving from a lounge in T5A for a few minutes in T5B, with the little advance information about T5B departures.
