Note that it isn't just for Visa gc; the ad lists 7-8 different options. I just got back from HiV with $75 of Panera (purchased by me) and $75 iTunes (purchased by my son).

Looked at the ad again and noticed Lowe's. If a person did not mind going around to a few stores and buy $75 gift cards (not sure if possible? only see $50 in the ad), you would be buying at 80%. PJ and other reseller are offering about 83%......and you could go through TCB to PJ, etc.....
I am too lazy, but thought I'd though a good way to run up spend and make a few bucks.
