My friend and I have an upcoming reservation at the 4P in a couple of weeks. For you folks that have stayed there, I understand there are two buildings, one with the pool & rooftop bar and the other is the "garden bldg".

Any recommendations on which building, floors, areas are best room wise? How is this hotel for upgrades? (I'm Plat.)
