Due to some changes we decided to cancel 2 tix booked in Jan for Christmas from DUS-MUC-BKK..... in F
cancelation was 24.Oct.
The agent told me cash would be refunded into my AMEX within the next 5 days, and miles back into account within 1 week.
However the miles already credited back next day, but the cashpart was still not in my AMEX after 16 days, so I called again.
Now them sorry and say DC is closed and therefor them could not credit back into my CC. I would need to fill out a form on the BA website and claim $$$ back ( would take aprox 8 weeks from now and only go by moneytransfer or check !!! ).
This is against any policy !
