Thanks for the outstanding service from the entire staff and you. I felt like I was at home - only without the fighting part.

One other nice touch:

I had an early flight out today and I had to leave before the lounge opened (7 am). They now put out coffee and croissants (along with a little carry-out bag) right ouside the lounge for those wanting something to nosh on when departing the hotel. ^
