Would they have to sell these off a few at a time to small freight carriers, or would they potentially be able to land a bigger deal for a large number from a major freight operator, much the way UA offloaded its DC-10 fleet to FedEx?
I didn't read the article yet, but am curious how this would compare to a 727 freighter in terms of usable space inside the hold (since the S80 is one engine lighter in the back)?
