got upgraded to junior suite with 2 single beds on low floor (i'm a solo traveler - that's fine )

the room is quite dated but clean and comfortable.

free breakfast coupon (you can choose the venue, basement restaurant or 19th floor club lounge) plus 500 starpoints as plat amenity.

free in-room internet & club lounge benefits.

in my opinion, club lounge is nothing. don't waste your time there.

services are great (japanese's style), all staffs i met are friendly & helpful.

big downside is its location but that's ok for me. (using Kansai Thru Pass)

another downside is no wifi internet in room.

nice stay overall but nothing spectacular.

maybe comeback to stay here again if the rate is ok.
