FWIW, my experience with the UR Mall is that airfares are competitively priced, but -- echoing others' sentiments here -- hotels specifically are priced poorly. I think (but cannot be sure) that this is because the travel agency behind the UR Mall system charges a booking fee for the hotels but not for airfares.
