I've never experienced a broken wheel on any of our Rimowa luggage cases.

However, I just changed the stereo speaker aluminum plates from blue to red for the Holidays, and reading this thread found the same Torx bit worked for the Rimowa wheel.

A Nr. 10 Torx bit in a driver should do for your wheel removal and replacement. Such screws are more common here than a Phillips head.

Looking at the wheel I would not over tighten anything.
