According to AFF the newly-delivered VH-EBV is ANOTHER of these configs with no business-class seating.
And the word is that they were designed and ordered for JetStar but somehow ended up with Qantas because of delays in other new aircraft.
Another suggestion is that Mr Joyce has started to downgrade the entire fleet to Jetstar specs, to make it easier to interchange aircraft between JQ and QF.
Either way, the seating is identical to Jetstar.
