Single Reward Flight Saver - Paid £15 + 4,500 Miles

I want to change the flight to another one - same passenger / same day / same starting airport / same destination airport / availability is ok

To Change the flight online = £25 = 166.67% of original total fare paid ?

To Change the flight offline = £40 = 266.67% of original total fare paid ??

Charges are the same as above even if I totally cancel and then rebook the flight I want.

Crazy punishment ratio
