Might that have been 6x, 8x, and 10x? Because a differential of 4x between Anytime and BS would make BS effectively cheaper in every case.

Do these lower earning levels make business sense? Probably so, but I'm biased: I've only bought one non-WGA ticket all year.

Interesting. It's clear that imposing change fees on paid tickets but none on award tickets would cause a massive shift to points bookings for less-than-certain trips. Therefore change fees on paid tickets virtually require change fees on award tickets. Southwest is apparently considering laying this foundation in case change fees are imposed later on paid tickets.

If Southwest thought we were upset about RR 2.0, wait until they try to charge change fees on award tickets! We will be very unhappy campers.
