Looking at flightaware and it looks like for several of the past few days the flight has been delayed until 1.30am or so departure time ... but still arriving in SIN on time ... guess its a short flight plan? (looks like 15 1/2 versus 18 1/2 - but SQ 22 on the return has been getting beaten down with 20+ hour flight times!)

Anyone have any experience with this?

Is it due to a curfew in SIN? Not wanting to arrive before 6am or thereabouts?

Guess they would board for the new departure time? Hope the lounge stays open.
