This is partially correct. You are considered a "cash" customer booking via a third party site. Since you are using a third party to book your Hilton stay, it is an INELIGIBLE stay and does NOT qualify for points or stay/night credit or any benefits.

Also bear in mind, upgrades are NOT part of Silver's benefits anyway.
