My business takes VI and CA, and I get the deposit into my account overnight from Moneris...I didn't want to jump thru hoops to take AX, but my buddy says that he takes all 3, and that AX takes longer than VI and CA to deposit. Maybe for exclusivity and volume they struck a preferred status with Costco, but for your average merchant, it seems to be better with VI/CA.
