Various people in this thread need a reservation modified. Can't be done without a change fee, once booked.

CO should have simply dropped the price guarantee for "paying by cash". We're probably way ahead of them on the unintended consequences; they probably just realized no one uses cash, no evil intent just lack of situational awareness.
