enrollment centers seem to vary widely. Apparently the LAX office is open M-F 7:20a-10:00p. But do they conduct interviews during that entire time? After you are conditionally approved you will be able to see the calendar with available appointment times. If you need to know for sure before then, you could give them a call or stop by the next time you're at LAX.
It depends on which office you go to; if you need it to be an evening appointment you can select an office offering them, not sure if that includes LAX...
