Does AP count towards the $5000 spend?

I've already met the spending requirement on my SPG Biz on 11/11/12 and haven't received the bonus 20,000 starpoints yet.

I know I confirmed the spend bonus with the rep upon card activation, just wonder how long it's supposed to take to post the bonus points and i'm getting anxious.
