As pointed out, there is no scam here, and there's no way you would know who is or isn't booking these dates or routing. I did a quick search on DL and found these prices all during Feb for your routing, and I have done no previous searches.

Too bad you didn't book at the lower prices. Try searching on AirTran or AA. They show flights in the $316-$365 range for many dates in Feb. Look here:
