I've never used LCY but might get to try it next year thanks to crap BA award availability at LHR. Looks an exciting airport especially being beside all that water.....bit like a mini Kai Tak.

Great and some unusual shots you got there......even without the red door.
Early morning starts are the law with me HIDDY... you of all people should know that

Flying into it can be fun - especially you drop from 5.5degrees to the floor and it is brakes to max....

There's a red door in the next trip report - honest

Thanks HIDDY.

I had the pleasure of flying out of LCY just last weekend and the experience was similar to hoping on a train in Euston to Manchester. Quick, smooth and efficient.
I think that's what they aim for there - quick in, quick out and nice and smooth. If you have time there to use the WiFi or have a bite... then that helps too (especially if you're on BA1/3)

Thanks Zol

I think that's the image LCY management want to show - that they're not just another airport, and that they want to show off the work they day. The place is like a big family who talk to each other and listen.
