PLI is applicable to pmIC too. We are getting it. It is over and above flying allowance. However, from what i heard it was supposed to be abolished from July. However, can't confirm as we haven't got July allowance. For pilots it adds up to about 10-20% of your flying allowance depending on seniority

They all do it. Quote the lowest possible number, especially when on strike and pretend that they are so poor. The rest of the time, they are something else. Sorry to be so blunt.
