It's not GF that's for sure but there is nothing wrong with the quality of the lounge, which in my opinion is one of the nicest in LHR.
I certainly rather use the International lounge compared to the Star lounge in T1!
My first ever visit to a lounge was the old BA lounge in T1, (now occupied by Star), I recall it being a fantastic lounge, now Star have turned it into a dingy hole!
Be greatful BA at least have the international lounge, if it wasn't for that I could see them sharing with the priority pass lounge like they do at many outstations.
