De-Authorizing my wife on my credit cards

OK...so it's not the reason that you might have used your jump to conclusion mat to get to. Before I properly learned the true value in churning cards, I had simply added my wife as an authorized user on several cards. Now, I'm obviously rethinking that somewhat flawed strategy. She has stellar credit (typically even 5 points or so higher than myself) and the only long term debt we have is our mortgage. Pay our bills off in full every month, etc.

I would love to de-authorize my wife as a user on a few of my cards and have her register on her own to obtain a signup bonus...and then even consolidate the points down the road. Is this even possible? If so, does anyone have prior experience in how long we may want to wait after de-authorization until she is free to apply for her own to obtain the bonus? Here are the cards I am considering doing so - thanks in advance.
