Most likely no (there usually aren't offer codes, the rates are just tied to your Borgata account). You could call and ask about group rates if it's a large party -- I believe that requires at least 10 rooms. If anyone in the party has a Borgata card already, though, it would be worth inquiring about their room rate, since they may have at least a small discount available even if they haven't been to the Borgata in a while.
