Used the YYZ lounge about 3 weeks ago. As others have stated the dining is for First and Business only. My World Traveller was upgraded free at check in. I didnt even ask although I was very early and travel alone (BA Silver). Food and wine at the dining was very good although the area nothing special.
General lounge - seats are nice enough although I felt it lacked a good desk area. Snacks where basic and some sandwiches. Wine was good.
