Agreed, especially with regard to their desserts. I'd also add their bread ex-ICN isn't very good, specifically the garlic bread. I haven't found any airlines that do breakfasts well, so I don't really have any OZ specific complaints there. But if I were to recommend to OZ to improve their meals, I'd definitely tell them to look at SQ or some of the other airlines for how to do proper desserts and bread.

I've never had a bad steak on OZ that I recall. They range from average to excellent, whereas most airline steak ranges from horrible to poor. The quality does though seem to vary a fair amount within that upper range.
