Why are so many phone reps so poorly trained?
This has nothing to do with reps being trained. they are not suppose to do it unless you are moving up a class (Economy to First) Not from L fare to K etc.
I just thought about it. Unless you meant they are not suppose to do it that is why they are poorly trained.
