Agreed absolutely about the sparse EE coverage - especially in central London where it often doesn't seem to work at all. If you are thinking of going EE, I would strongly recommend investing in a PAYG SIM, putting it in your phone and testing the coverage first. I endured 18 months of endless dropped phone calls with them because I didn't do that.
