These bugs are not killed when the airline heats the water for things like coffee, so I just avoid anything made with tank water. I certainly would not use airline tank water to make a baby bottle, given the extreme danger ecoli presents to infants.
FWIW, I agree. Using tap water presents an unnecessary risk especially when bottled water is available at every food/drink establishment in the airports.
