I'm curious as to what crime he committed. None of the factors cited in this thread appear illegal either individually or in the aggregate. As to the watch, arguably superior functionality is present in cell phones, laptops, and tablets.

Since you are a lawyer, I'll ask you: what did he do that was illegal?
