Card charged an extra $200 on ticket booked at Swiss.com
A couple of months back I booked a India-U.S.A J ticket on the swiss.com India website.

The ticket price was quoted in INR as INR 176,793.00 and I paid using an India issued Amex card.

Today, I see a charge on my Amex for 3,294.20 USD (converted to INR 187,819.22).

I have the original ticket PDF showing clearly the fare construction and the grand total in INR, and that the total charge to the CC was in INR.

How do I deal with this? Who to contact in Swiss regarding the extra INR 11,000 (approximately USD 200) that has been charged? Or would I need to dispute this with Amex instead?
