SQ broke the mold a long time ago when it created a separate inferior lounge in Changi to house *A G "lepers".
To be fair SQ provides a lounge for *G pax, and SIlverKris is not a Star lounge it's a business class lounge for J pax.

There is nothing in Star rules says the airline has to provide lounge equivalent to their J pax . Just like *G has no access to F lounge.

NZ's own rules gets you absolutely nothing.
