Sure, except for the carriers that don't have seats like that. Like AC, VS, NZ, even US and DL's new business class seats have aisle access for every seat.

There are pros and cons but guaranteed aisle access is pretty common and a huge selling point. Layouts that are still lacking it have a lot of ground to make up with other advantages to be competitive.

Afaict the carriers that are resisting it are mostly carriers that still have an international first class. Presumably they're holding onto that as the main differentiator to justify spending thousands more.
