A couple of weeks ago I flew into AMS. For whatever reason, the J cabin bags seemed to be the last ones dropped on to the luggage belts. we were the last ones out of the arrival terminal.
Once I got to the area where the secure part of the terminal ended there were a bunch of drivers all holding Emirates signs with individual names on them, so I dont think the 15 minute rule applies in all situations.
I dont know if you could call a Chrysler 300(Lancia badged) a limo or not though. In all reality, it was a taxi, he just had the rooftop taxi display sign removed and in the trunk.
