Taking out a row of seats will mean 14-17 fewer WT seats. So, say this would be the configuration with 2-4-2 in WT:

25 WTP
140 WT
This is an aircraft that is 20% more efficient to run and maintain, and the premium cabins are larger - especially CW by 11 more seats.
We know BA is currently profitable and I question whether the tradeoff is worth it. I don't mean to be cynical in any way, just comparing the differences.
