My feeling is that as there is no other way to buy the ticket (as far as I can work out) except with a credit card or by using a Contact Centre, these are really charges that should be incorporated into the prominently displayed prices i.e. insteasd of saying NZD 599 (tkt only) price, it should be NZD 616.50 as there is no other way of buying a ticket. Then they should say it's an extra NZD 42.50 for using the Contact Centre.
If anyone can work out a way of buying a ticket without paying at least NZD 17.50 per person one way then I'm happy to be proven wrong.
