This hotel looks really nice on your pictures, but some interiors are a little bit "cold", aren't they ? Maybe it's just the picture which is giving this impression.
This service issue needs certainly to be addressed seriously. It's unfortunately not limited to this hotel and Accor. Regarding status recognition, it comes back also to training and training (and training

) of the staff but also to the fact that in this kind of places, they have a lot of groups and package tour travelers and likely few elite members of Le Club (same in some Sofitel of Egypt or Tunisia). So the staff is probably not so knowledgeable of the rules and perks of Le Club. But, again, needs to be addressed.
