It appears that all of the non-suite rooms have a sofa listed in the room description so you should be OK.
All of the rooms are pretty decent size. Have you considered bringing an air mattress for additional sleeping space? I did this regularly when traveling with my GF and our 2 kids. This property is very good about handing out extra blankets since many guests ask for them to take up to Haleakala summit for extra warmth.
