It will be difficult for you to create a valid Aeroplan routing between the various cities you've listed, since none of them are *A hubs. You would have to fly via BKK or SIN to go between most of the pairings, and you're only allowed to transit a city twice on an AE redemption. That, and the MPM restrictions, may make it a challenge.
