Alright...point taken. Perhaps my reply was too harsh. However, I really do question the need for such posts. What purpose do they serve? Inevitably these posts become a debate on the merits of one person's subjective viewpoint ie: the American J/C experience is so much better than European J/C experience. The only conclusion that can be drawn - 85 posts later - is: airlines get away with what they can, and despite what the OP thinks, it is pretty evident that when you examine both sides: YMMV! (and yes, I foolishly contributed to that post count!) cheers!
