Can't argue with the last point. But truth is that the GTA5 pre-order vouchers we have bought (between 20 and 30, across 2 personal clubcard accounts at one address) genuinely are intended for 'personal use'. We have no intention of selling-on the vouchers - they are all safely filed away, along with the associated till receipts.
I can see nothing in the T&C to cover failure to redeem the voucher, and (fortunately) next lot of Clubcard vouchers are due to be issued before the game appears in the shops.
If, in the worst case, Tesco decide to remove my bonus points, I will be asking for a full refund of the cash already paid on the 'pre-orders'. Any barrack-room lawyers know what view a small-claims court would take?
